No. The cost estimate is a calculation of the expected repair costs based on your photos. It is not an expert report and not a valuation by a licensed appraiser. It serves as guidance and a basis for decisions.
The period starts as soon as your payment has reached us and all required photos are available. Working days count (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
By bank transfer to our business account. The prices of €79 and €99 are final prices including 20 % VAT (ДДС); you receive an invoice showing the tax. You get the bank details and your order number immediately after ordering. An instant transfer is fastest.
We will contact you by e-mail and send you a link. Through it you upload only the missing photo – without filling in the form again.
